Wheels and segments for surface grinding

Wheels for surface grinding are one of the products where Molemab is stronger. Available from stock we have wheels diameter 300 up to 450 mm and with thickness between 40 and 80 mm. Specifications are different depending on the material to be ground: we have wheels for low alloy steel until very high alloy steel up to 64 HRC. Especially for these very hard materials we have developed the new "Arctic" wheel: it gives excellent results when grinding steels 60 to 64 HRC hardness, assuring very good profile stability and cold cut with no workpiece deformation. Beside wheels we have a wide range of abrasive segments. Many different shapes and sizes are available with the best specification for your specific needs.
